2014

So what have we been up to this year?  Great question!  If I hadn't taken lots of pictures I'm not sure I would even know.

 WRESTLING!  Carter has found his niche.  He didn't win any gold medals this year but he learned some new moves and improved a lot.  He loves practicing at home and is already talking about next year.

 SCOUTING!  Quinn's first pinewood derby.  He won 2nd in his troop and competed at districts in Lyman.  He didn't place but he and his Dad had lots of fun making his car.  Quinn is now in the Bear den and in just 5 more months Carter will get to join the wolves.

BASKETBALL and VOLLEYBALL!  Quinn wasn't excited about wrestling this year.  Instead he did one session of basketball and then tried out a new sport.  He really enjoyed volleyball, and the Easter bunny even brought him his very own ball so that he can practice.  Luckily he didn't mind being the only boy on his team.

DANCE!  DANCE!  DANCE!  Taya loved her little dance class and can't wait until the summer princess camp.  (Little Mermaid Theme this year)  She knows about 7 or 8 dance moves that she is willing to preform on command, including chase, arabesque, passe, and point.  

 She also loves the new Disney movie FROZEN and likes to pretend she is Elsa and Anna.  She even sings the songs "Do you Want to Build a Snowman?" and "Let it Go"  Preschool is going really well and her speech is improving.  Which is good as she loves to talk.  Just the other day she told me "Mom, you don't talk!  It's my turn!"
